Loving Buro.


Yesterday, I went to San Fernando, Pampanga to pick up some documents and, by some twist of fate, was introduced to Buro by a friend and fellow Mapee Ate Lizel.

Buro! πŸ™‚

It was tasty – slightly sour and a bit salty and garlicky – and it’s a perfect match for the fried Hito, the fried Talong, steamed ampalaya and fresh mustasa leaves.
